Finishes

Once you chose the material you must choose the finishing technique and application method that will complete your patch.

Embossing/Debossing

This effect either raises (embosses) or lowers (debosses) your image into the patch.

Injection Molding

PVC / Rubber / Silicone patches are created by pouring one colour at a time into specially designed molds. Many colours can be used on 2 or 3 levels creating a very effective three-dimensional patch.

Merrow Edge

This is a solid satin stitch that goes around the edge of an embroidered patch. It finishes the edges and keeps the patch from unraveling.

Reflective

This is an eye-catching finish that picks up light and reflects back. This can be added for safety reasons or for styling and is usually added to PVC patches.
