Polyester Yarn

Most labels are woven using 100% polyester yarns for a shrink free, colourfast performance.

Weft Yarns

The label design is created by the weft yarns and up to 12 colours can be woven to create a single label. Trimtag will do it's best to retain the integrity of your designs.

Standard Warp Yarns

For manufacturing efficiency, looms are dedicated with either black or white warp yarns and are set for either taffeta or satin weaving. Even though warp yarns are not seen on the finished label, they affect the overall finished look. Trimtag's experienced team considers the design being developed when determining the appropriate loom for your specific label.

Customized Warp Yarns

To achieve a unique label that truly enhances your brand, warp yarns can be customized to meet your specific needs. Since a loom will have to be dedicated for this purpose, this is only applicable for large orders over 1 million pieces with on going production requirements. Ask us how this can be achieved.
